Verify the ID number and photo of a person's driver's license

Use your phone, tablet or a camera connected to your laptop or PC to submit a photo of a South African Driver's License bar code for verification. You see the photo on the front as well to verify the authenticity of the license!

Verify the ID number of a person against the South African Home Affairs database

Type in the ID number to verify that it is a valid South African ID number. You can also store a photo of the ID document, or passport as part of the rental contract. Take a photo of the actual person and store it as part of the rental contract document.

Verify the VIN of a South African vehicle license disc

Use your phone, tablet, or hand held scanner connected to your laptop or computer to scan the bar code of a vehicle's license disc. Make sure the VIN on the vehicle matches the VIN on the disc and in the bar code. Store photos of the license disc and the VIN on the vehicle as part of the contract.

Verify the South African number plate of a vehicle

Make sure that the license plate on the vehicle is valid by verifying it against the department of transport database. Store a photo of the vehicle as part of the rental contract.

Record a client's digital signature on a contract via online signature and/ or OTP

Verify that your customer's cellphone number is valid by sending an OTP to the client. If you choose you can allow the client to sign on your touch screen device and store the signature as part of the rental contract.

Record the client's receipt of deposit when products are returned on time and intact

Set up your own check list to record the state of your rental product when it is released and returned. The check lists are stored on the contract.

Record damage, late fees or theft of a product and flag a lessee to warn other users on the system

The system brings up the rental contract history of a customer by ID number so you and others can see their reputation. If someone damages or does not return your goods, others can see that information.
